Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are based on the initial shipment value. Options may vary depending on destination and items selected. Some items require additional shipping time; please refer to individual product pages for details.

Shipping & Processing

We ship our U.S. orders via USPS Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested, including backorders and exchanges. PO box and APO/FPO deliveries ship via USPS Mail. Please allow three to seven business days for domestic delivery, 1-3 weeks for shipping of international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs on international orders.
Overnight and 2-Day delivery is available for orders placed weekdays by 2:00 p.m. EST
Our shipping and processing charge compensates us for the cost of processing an order, handling and packaging the products purchased, and delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Most orders of in-stock merchandise placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped no later than Tuesday.
All orders are FOB shipping point.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs.

UPS International Air shipping and processing takes approximately 7-10 business days.USPS Parcel Post shipping and processing takes approximately 10-14 business days.

In addition please be aware that the shipping fees may change higher or lower based on the weight of the item requested, you will be informed if the shipping cost is different than the above scheduled table.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES:
For your convenience, all outgoing orders now include a pre-paid UPS return label. If you decide to exchange part of your order (different size, color, item, only if available), simply use the enclosed label and drop off the package at a UPS pick-up location. We'll pay for the return shipping cost and ship the new item(s) to you with no additional shipping charge (standard shipping, USA only). This will only be done at the first exchange, if costumer requires more than one exchange, costumer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the order. 
Items can be exchanged only if unused and/ or unworn within 7 days from the purchase date.
Fill out the exchange form which came with your order. Indicate the new item(s) which You will not be charged additional shipping for the exchanged items sent to you.
Repackage the merchandise carefully with your return slip, and use the address label provided. If you do not have your return address label, please send returns to:

RETURNS:

If you decide to return part of your order for refund, follow the easy instructions on your packing slip, use the enclosed return label, and drop off the package at a UPS pick-up location. We will deduct 10% restocking fee and shipping costs from your refund.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:

Please inform us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition without any stains, marks or odors on them. Please, do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchased Items. Items must be packaged correctly to protect their shape. In the case where refund needs to be issued BellyDance America is not liable for any Paypal fees that may incur. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
